Family and community mean everything to this Digby native, who has proudly served the people of Digby-Annapolis since 2003.

“Junior” is known for his warmth, compassion and ability to cut to the heart of an issue. This straight-talking MLA has been a strong and vocal advocate for his constituents.

Before entering public life, Theriault was employed in the commercial fishery for over 35 years. He was actively involved in fisheries issues and served his community on many local organizations.

He and his wife, Dianne, have five children.
