Last Day of Poetry Awareness Month

Today marks the last day of April and the last day of Poetry Awareness Month. But if you live near Indian Brook, Cape Breton, you're in luck. Tomorrow at the Celtic Tea Room on the Cabot Trail, local poet Aaron Schneider will be reading his poem, "Arbour Day" at the Cabot Trail Writers Festival. Schneider's newly commissioned poem will be read in celebration of the St. Ann's Bay Arboretum Society's Annual Arbour Day - a fitting piece of work that depicts memories of the trees in the author's life.
