My most controversial pick to date…

While I know that this pick will probably be the most contentious one I’ve done so far… I feel as though I must share with you all my love of the Montreal Canadiens. As evidenced by the illustration of the famous story of ‘The Hockey Sweater’ which is in my office, the Canadiens are my favorite NHL team.

After squeaking into the last playoff spot over the New York Rangers (by one point), the Montreal Canadiens have been impressive against the number one ranked team in the league, the Washington Capitals, who earned the NHL’s record for the best regular season this year. The series is tied 1-1 with both games going to overtime.
